Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across sites. Vercel processes standard request information such as the page address, referrer, browser, device type and country.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company and message. We store them in our Microsoft 365 account (Excel, in OneDrive) and use them only to reply to you. If the form can't reach us, it opens your email app instead and we receive only what you choose to send.
When you apply to the Lattice, we receive the answers you enter (name, email, phone number, education, the work you want to do, availability and an optional profile link) and the resume you upload.
How we use it
We use your message to reply to you and to discuss a possible project or role. We use applications only to assess you for work in the Lattice and to email you about it, including an automatic confirmation when you apply. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Retention and your rights
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@latryn.com.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request information such as your IP address.
Applications are stored in Microsoft 365 (an Excel workbook and resumes in OneDrive), the confirmation email is sent through Microsoft Outlook, and the form is processed by our hosting provider, Vercel. Access is limited to the Latryn team.
